2. Handmade Nature of Our Products

Each item is handmade, which means slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur. These natural differences are part of the charm of handmade creations and do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. Once an order is confirmed, it will enter the creation or preparation stage.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items are created specifically based on your preferences. For this reason, they cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination. While I do my best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by shipping carriers are outside my control. I am not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with my Returns Policy. Items must meet the stated conditions to be eligible for a refund. Custom items are excluded from returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. I will review the situation and work toward a suitable solution.

8. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for damages caused by improper use, handling, or storage of my products. My liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.
