Each piece is carefully handmade, which means no two designs are exactly the same. Small variations are part of their charm and make every creation truly unique. 

SHIPPING

1. Where do you ship?

I currently ship within Belgium. Depending on availability and destination, shipping to other European countries may also be possible. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact me before placing your order. 

2. How long does shipping take?

Each piece is handmade, so processing times may vary depending on the design and level of customization. Orders are usually prepared within a few business days before being shipped. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. 

3. How are items packaged for shipping?

Every order is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Special attention is given to delicate details, so your item arrives in perfect condition, ready to be displayed or gifted. 

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size of the item and delivery location. 

5. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. 

6. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll do my best to find a suitable solution for you. 

RETURNS

Yes, I accept returns for standard (non-custom) items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below. 

2. What is the return period?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with European consumer regulations. 

3. Are custom or personalized items returnable?

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return, as they are created specifically for you. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help. 

4. What condition must items be in to be returned?

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Please ensure that returned items are packaged and shipped correctly. Any additional customs fees or charges incurred due to improper shipment cannot be reimbursed. 

5. How do I request a return?
